This is the workout that I did today. I decided to combine my leg and ab workouts because it is less time consuming. Remember to take breaks as you need and do not rush through! If you want to amp it up a bit, use some weights and if not that’s cool as well. Make sure you are comfortable with all the exercises before you add extra weight. Message me with any questions!
